ORDERS DELIVERY

We ship worldwide. To estimate the delivery time for your order, please allow 2 business days for your order to be processed, in addition to the time indicated by your country and shipping method. Orders are processed and delivered Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Quoted international shipping fees do not include custom & duty fees. Customer
is responsible for all customs & duty fees.

SHIPPING PROCESS

After the payment is successfully made, you will receive an email confirming the purchase. Your order will then be processed and dispatched within the next 3 to 5 business days. Following a collection launch, we appreciate your understanding for any potential delay that may occur due to high volume of orders.
 
Once your package has been dispatched, your tracking details will be sent to the email address which you ordered with. Please check your spam folder if you have not received the email in your inbox. 

If you do not receive this information in your email in the estimated time tables of delivery, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@sanchathebrand.com.

 
WARNING: For shipments outside the European Union, we are not responsible for delays and customs charges. These are customer’s responsibility. If you decide not to pay these fees and reject the order you will incur a fine of £90 associated with the costs of returning the goods, which will be deducted from the amount of the return.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

CONDITIONS
 
We accept returns / exchanges of articles within the deadlines mentioned below.

For a return / exchange, the item must be delivered in its perfect condition (without having been used, washed, or have any odors), in the same way as it was sold together with the labels, hygienic protector, bag etc.

No returns / exchanges of altered, washed, used, or somehow damaged articles will be made.

We are not responsible for the misuse or for the incorrect washing of the articles. We suggest you always refer to the PRODUCT CARE INSTRUCTIONS section here.

Before purchasing, we also suggest that you consult the SIZE GUIDE here in order to make an informed decision. The Customer Support team will be happy to help if you have questions.



ONLINE ONLINE RETURNS / EXCHANGES
 
For returns / exchanges, the customer has 28 consecutive days after receiving the order at the chosen address.
 
The reasons why customers may request a return or exchange, in the above mentioned period are as follows:

  1. The article is too big for me

  2. The article is too small for me

  3. I do not like the model

  4. I changed my mind

  5. The article is not as I imagined *

  6. I received the wrong article **

  7. Other

 
* Pictures are taken in high definition in order to show each product in detail. You may find slight differences in the products due to the editing of the photos. The print position may vary within the same model.
 
** If you receive the wrong item, we apologize for the inconvenience and ask you to contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible at hello@sanchathebrand.com.


 
The shipping costs of returns / exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. It is advisable the articles to be sent to us by courier or registered mail.

The exchanges made at our online store www.sanchathebrand.com, are restricted to the existing stock at the time of the exchange. Exchanges can only be made for the same item in a different colour / size as long as they are the same cost value. However, if the exchanged style is more or less than the original item, we will need to process a refund for this and the item will need to be reordered through our website. 
 
We do not make reservations. The exchange will only take place when we receive the item at our office and it successfully goes through our quality control. The Customer Service Team undertakes to respond to the customer within 2 - 3 business days after receiving the article in our office.



ONLINE RETURNS / EXCHANGES PROCEDURE
 
Send an email to hello@sanchathebrand.com with the following information:
 
– Full name
– Email address you wish to be contacted at
– Phone number
– Invoice number and date
– Address where you wish to receive your new article, if applicable
– Reference and size of the item you want to return or exchange
– Reference and size of the item you wish to receive, if applicable
 
You will need to send the articles together with the invoice to us. Our Customer Service Team will guide you through the steps.
 
The shipping costs of returns / exchanges are responsibility of the customer. It is advisable the articles to be sent to us by courier or registered mail.
 
Once the item reaches our office, it will need to successfully go through our quality control in order to get a refund. The refund will be carried out by the same payment method which the customer placed the order with. Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed, or for your exchange to be sent.

When exchanges are sent outside the European Union, we are not responsible for delays and customs costs. These are the responsibility of the customer.​
