Our Fabrics

We use fabrics made with ECONYL® yarn, a 100% regenerated nylon fiber made from nylon waste otherwise polluting the Earth, like fishing nets, carpet flooring and industrial plastic rescued from all over the world. Through a radical regeneration process, the nylon waste is recycled right back to its original purity. That means ECONYL® regenerated nylon is exactly the same as fossil-based nylon and has the potential to be recycled infinitely, without ever losing its quality.

Our ECONYL® yarn is sourced from Italy, where it is evaluated as a high quality, durable and sustainable techno-fiber.

As well as being a solution on waste, ECONYL® regenerated nylon is also better when it comes to climate change. It reduces the global warming impact of nylon by 90% compared with the material produced from oil.

Our Packaging

We are proud that no plastic packaging is being used in the transportation of our designs. We partnership with The Invisible Company to have our mail sent on #INVISIBLEBAG.

#INVISIBLEBAG is water-soluble, compostable, and biodegradable, certified that it is non-toxic, leaves no harmful residues on earth, and does not form microplastic in an aqueous medium. It is made of a biodegradable combination of Polyvinyl Alcohol (known as PVA) together with starch, glycerin, and water. #INVISIBLEBAG is a sustainable solution for packaging, that leaves 0 imprint on our planet.

Our swing tags and labels are made from FSC certified paper and ordered from our trusted suppliers that support global reforestation. Certification is requested throughout our entire supply chain to ensure standards are always met. There are no shortcuts here!

Water Soluble

#INVISIBLEBAG is water soluble, which almost instantly dissolves in water that is above 80ºC; or slowly dissolves under a lower temperature

Compostable

#INVISIBLEBAG is certified compostable by the US standard ASTM D6400 and the EU Standard EN13432

Environmentally Safe

#INVISIBLEBAG is non-toxic proven by EEQ and OECD 208 tests; whilst the FTIR analysis also shows that it does not contain PP, PE, PS, PVC plastic

Landfill Biodegradable

#INVISIBLEBAG has been tested under ASTM D5511 requirements and the result shows more than 85% biodegradation in 90 days under landfill conditions

We are proud of our commitment to support local businesses that allow us to have an end to end control from concept to production. Every piece is lovingly and ethically made by our small manufacturers where the workers are paid above minimum wage.
